Do you offer coupons?

Yes! Throughout the year, as economic conditons allow, LivingAfterWLS is pleased to offer coupon savings in addition to our already discounted prices. Coupons are announced in our Email newsletters, in the LivingAfterWLS Neighborhood, Facebook and Twitter. In addition, we post the current coupon offered on the sale page. What is your payment policy?

We accept online payments through our secure payment gateway powered by PayPal. Customers may pay with their PayPal account or with credit or debit cards using the gateway. We also accept mail order payments. For complete mail order instructions Download the Mail Order Form

PayPal OptionsCredit and Debit Cards: To use a credit card through our secure payment gateway: enter the CATCHPA letters in the field below where it says "You have selected PayPal as your payment provider" and click <Enter>. In the example below you would enter A8A858 (your letters will be different) and click enter. The "Payment Provider" means they are the secure gateway through which your payment will be processed.

When the payment box opens look for the "Don't have a PayPal account" and select that link to proceed with payment. Procede with your payment information and place order.

Tell me about your shipping policy.

Flat Rate ShippingWe are proud of our Zero Delay Shipping. All Items in stock ship within 24-48 hours of order placement. We process & ship orders 6 Days a Week to serve you better! All orders are shipped via US Postal Service and most orders are shipped Priority Mail. An email with tracking number is sent at the time the shipment is completed.

New! Lower flat rate shipping! We are pleased that as our business has increased we are able to lower our flat rate shipping to $4.95/order saving you $2.00 from our previous low flat rate of $6.95. This is our way of saying thank you for helping us build our business. We do not charge handling fees. We ship anywhere in the United States and to APOs. At checkout please select the appropriate shipping option for US or International.

US Flat Rate: $4.95


International Flat Rate: $19.95
POLICY UPDATE:
International Shipping Rate As of October 10, 2011 our International shipping flat rate is $19.95 on all purchases outside of the United States. We prefer not to ship internationally due to insufficient tracking data once the mail piece leaves the United States. International orders will be sent to customers paying the full International Flat Rate of $19.95 USD. International orders are sent at the purchaser's risk. LivingAfterWLS will provide proof of shipment but will not assume liability for packages once they leave the United States Postal Service system. LivingAfterWLS will not replace packages claimed lost or unreceived by International recipients. Canadian addresses are considered International and must pay the International Flat Rate. (sorry to state the obvious, but we get asked this frequently).

Mail Order Information: To take advantage of frequently offered coupons via postal mail order please download order form, complete your order, enter coupon code and deduct coupon amount from total, mail with payment enclosed (US Check or Money Order) to address indicated on form prior to the expiration date of the coupon code. Mail orders accepted for US addresses only.

Are Kaye Bailey's books in the store or on Amazon? Not at this time. LivingAfterWLS, LLC is the exclusive retailer of books by Ms. Bailey.

Are your books in ebook format? At this time our publications are in ebook development and we anticipate introducing a full line of ebook products in the second quarter of 2012. Please watch our email newsletters for updates on this exciting product line.

When will Kaye have a new book out? Kaye Bailey has been busy working on two new print books for our LivingAfterWLS community. The first is a the revised "5 Day Pouch Test Owner's Manual" scheduled for publication April 2012. Kaye has updated the highly popular original manual to reflect new dietary guidelines for bariatric patients. The new manual includes many new recipes, more helpful hints for working the 5DPT. As always, Kaye's upbeat and encouraging personality shines in this text. She has also put together a fantastic new cookbook "Cooking with Kaye." Going beyond the traditional recipe pages this book serves as a workbook for you as you cook along with Kaye in your kitchen to create delicious WLS recipes for the whole family, while learning techniques and methods to improve your culinary skills. Watch for it May 2012.

Do you give "freebies" to support groups? We receive many requests (some not legitimate) for donations and freebies for support groups. We are a small business with very limited resources but we are happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email us: "Support Group Donation Request" to petition us with your request. Proof of support group will be required for all donations.



I cannot find the You Have Arrived Seasoning Blends. Our You Have Arrived Seasoning Blends have been a customer favorite since 2008. Unfortunately we have temporarily discontinued the blends as of October 1, 2011 due to the current econmic downturn. We have a strict freshness protocal and due to intermittent orders we struggled to predict and keep an adequate inventory of Seasoning Blends on hand without losing too many to expired freshness. Like everyone right now we are managing our resources closely and sometimes that means making a tough decision. We hope conditions allow us to bring these terrific and healthful blends back into production soon. Please watch your emails for updates.
