LivingAfterWLS Digital publications are provided in widely favored ".ePub" format.
The format can be read by the Kobo eReader, Blackberry Playbook, Apple's iBooks app running on iOS devices such as the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, Barnes and Noble Nook, Sony Reader, BeBook, Bookeen Cybook Gen3 (with firmware v. 2 and up), COOL-ER, Adobe Digital Editions, Lexcycle Stanza, BookGlutton, AZARDI, FBReader, Aldiko, Mantano Reader, Moon+ Reader and WordPlayer on Android, the Mozilla Firefox add-on EPUBReader, and Okular. What is your payment policy?

We accept online payments through our secure payment gateway powered by PayPal. Customers may pay with their PayPal account or with credit or debit cards using the gateway. We also accept mail order payments. For complete mail order instructions Download the Mail Order Form

PayPal OptionsCredit and Debit Cards: To use a credit card through our secure payment gateway: enter the CAPTCHA letters in the field below where it says "You have selected PayPal as your payment provider" and click <Enter>. In the example below you would enter A8A858 (your letters will be different) and click enter. The "Payment Provider" means they are the secure gateway through which your payment will be processed.

Select PayPal Do not type the word CAPTCHA please. In the example at left you would enter A8A858 (your letters will be different) and click enter.

CAPTCHA - a type of challenge-response test used to ensure that the response is generated by a human being. A common type of CAPTCHA requires the user to type letters and/or digits from a distorted image that appears on the screen. Such tests are used to prevent unwanted internet bots from accessing websites, since a normal human can easily read a CAPTCHA, while the bot cannot process the image letters.

After answering the CAPTCHA challenge with the unique letters you see and pressing <ENTER> a payment box opens. When the payment box opens look for the "Don't have a PayPal account?" and select that link to proceed with payment. Proceed with your payment information as instructed and place order.

Tell me about your shipping policy.

We are proud of our Zero Delay Shipping. All items in stock ship within 24-48 hours of order placement. We process and ship orders 6 Days a Week to serve you better! We do not ship on Federal holidays when the Post Office is closed. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service and an email with tracking number is sent to the customer at the time the shipment label is generated. Destinations: We ship anywhere in the United States and to APOs.

Standard ShippingLow Flat Rate Parcel Post Shipping! We are pleased to keep your shipping costs down and offer standard parcel post shipping on all orders for the single flat rate amount of $5.95 per order. We send packages via Parcel Post and Media Mail which may take 3 to 9 days for delivery from the time the package is tendered at our Post Office in Wyoming. Both Parcel Post and Media Mail are tracked shipments and delivery is confirmed and kept in our file for your protection and ours.

Priority US MailUpgrade to Priority! Need your products sooner? Upgrade to US Postal Service Priority Mail for delivery in 2 to 5 days. Like standard shipping we charge a flat rate for packages upgraded to Priority Mail - just $7.95 for any order. Priority Mail packages are shipped in US Postal Service Priority Mail packaging and a tracking number is emailed to the customer. Priority Mail shipments are tracked shipments and delivery is confirmed and kept in our file for your protection and ours.

International Customers:
POLICY UPDATE: September 10, 2012

International Shipping LivingAfterWLS General Store no longer accepts International Orders because of multiple failures by the United States Post Office to support shipping and tracking of orders outside the United States. Kaye Bailey and LivingAfterWLS regret this change in policy as we treasure our International Neighbors. However, as a small business we cannot continue to absorb the cost of lost or missing orders without getting the support we need from the Post Office to ensure safe and prompt delivery of packages.

Mail Order Information: To take advantage of frequently offered coupons via postal mail order please download order form, complete your order, enter coupon code and deduct coupon amount from total, mail with payment enclosed (US Check or Money Order) to address indicated on form prior to the expiration date of the coupon code. Telephone Orders: For our customer's protection and our protection as well, we never take payment information (debit or credit card numbers) over the telephone because there is no technology to encrypt a spoken number. Always exercise extreme caution when providing your payment information over the telephone to any place of business. Do you give "freebies" to support groups? We receive many requests (some not legitimate) for donations and freebies for support groups. We are a small business with very limited resources but we are happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email us: "Support Group Donation Request" to petition us with your request. Proof of support group will be required for all donations.

I cannot find the You Have Arrived Seasoning Blends. Our You Have Arrived Seasoning Blends have been a customer favorite since 2008. Unfortunately we have temporarily discontinued the blends as of October 1, 2011 due to the current economic downturn. We have a strict freshness protocol and due to intermittent orders we struggled to predict and keep an adequate inventory of Seasoning Blends on hand without losing too many to expired freshness. Like everyone right now we are managing our resources closely and sometimes that means making a tough decision. We hope conditions allow us to bring these terrific and healthful blends back into production soon. Please watch your emails for updates.
