    Kim's Applesauce Oat Muffins

    Original Recipe from Kim Stover.

"Okay...these muffins are a must! You can have one for breakfast with some eggs or whatever...

    Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

    Whisk together:
    4 egg whites
1 cup skim milk (I use Lactaid)
    1/4 cup Canola oil
    1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1 cup Splenda granular
    2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Stir in:
    3 cup Whole oats
    2 teaspon baking powder
    1/3 cup raisins

Put the little papers into a muffin pan and then spray the papers with some non-stick cooking spray.

Fill up each cup with the batter...you should get a dozen. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 22 minutes.

Per each muffin: 144 calories, 5g protein, 2g fiber, 18g carbs, 6g fat

Once they are COMPLETELY cool, pop them in a freeze
