Warm Spiced Peaches with Sweet Sour Cream

Ingredients:
3 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons splenda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
2 teaspoons Splenda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
In a medium bowl combine peaches, Splenda, cinnamon, orange zest, vanilla and ground nutmeg. Toss gently. Place in an oven-safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Alternatively, place in a grill-safe dish, cover tightly with foil and set on grill set to low. Cover grill and allow sliced peaches to warm.

While the peaches are warming mix sour cream, Splenda and vanilla in a small bowl.

Serve 2/3 cup of warm peaches topped with 1 tablespoon sweet sour cream.

Per serving: 46 calories; 1 gram protein, trace of fat and 9 grams carbohydrate (2 grams fiber).
