Sautéed Green Beans with Dijon Mustard

Serves 6

Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds green beans, trimmed
butter flavored cooking spray
1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Directions:
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water cook the green beans for 4 minutes until they are crisp-tender. Drain them and run under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.

2. When ready to serve, heat a non-stick skillet that you have coated with cooking spray. Add the margarine and mustard and stir to combine. Add the beans and stir to reheat and coat. Serve immediately.

Per serving: 36 calories (18 % calories from fat), 2 g protein, 1 g total fat (0.1 g saturated fat), 7 g carbohydrates, 3 g dietary fiber, 0 mg cholesterol, 27 mg sodium.
