Mixed Greens with Vinegar Salad Dressing

1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
8 cups torn salad greens
1 medium tomato, diced
2 green onions, sliced
Optional:
Crutons, sunflowers, olives, hard cooked eggs, cheese, deli meat or pickled vegetables
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Serve dressing over greens.
Serving Size: 1 cup greens and 1 tablespoon dressing.
