My family will do days 3-forever with me so just gotta get thru these first 2 days! I know I can do it, i've done this a time or two before. I just know I'm out of control and putting my foot down before 4 lbs of regain turns into 40!!

action-smiley-065.gif Sareena, I will do the day 1-2 with you, I am not feeling out of control but my pouch is no longer enjoying heavy protien such as meat. Its been 3 days now that when I eat meat within 10 mins I feel horrible and sick to my stomach tongue0011.gif , so I'm going to give it a 2 day rest and then possibly continue with day3-5. So day one here we go.So buddy, I am enjoying my first cup of coffee, vitamins are in and then I will have my Protien Coffee. My plan for soup today is Black Bean soup, I will mke jello also this AM. I may make a pot of Ham and cheese for tommmorow. We had quite the thunder and lighting storm here over night, so if the weather holds out today I plan on taking a nice long walk. I have my pedometer reday to go. I also have a appointment for a Mamogram this AM party0002.gif WE CAN AND WILL DO THIS :party0002:Just saw your oops, thats ok I'm still with ya!!!

I'm new here and starting today. Should be interesting. I'm actually about to go make a shake now. I'll probably have to make myself a coffee at some point though to keep the headache away.

Sareena, I know you said oops, but it would be great if you started today...... How do you feel about just forgetting what you've had already and just jump on baord?????

So I've had a protein coffee- 2 coffees and vits. 1 c Kidney Bean soup for lunch, got to get the water started.

I like to get my 64 oz of water in as soon as possible, generally before 2:00 PM. I dont really enjoy plain water, I use crystal lite that seem to make it more manageable. Also I use a timer all day long as soon as I finish eatting the timer is set for 30 mins after the timer goes off I know I need to start drinking. When I figure I will be hungry soon I stop drinking and on goes the times. I do this every day, all day long if I dont I'm sure I would not get my water in.I've not made the Lentil and Barley soup but the Pumpkin and Sausage is awesome!!!! Let me know how the L&B soup is.

What is the recipe for the Pumpkin Soup? It sounds yummy.

I have a 3 bean soup with a bit of while rice and sausage in the freezer would this be okay if I blended it together? I tend to eat a lot of soups because they freeze well and I can take to work. That and they are cheap to make.

The L&B Soup is FABULOUS! Esp. if you like Ethnic tastes. I used Jalapenos for the peppers. I just have 1 question. are you supposed to cream all these soups? I love the texture of the L&B soup. I am getting ready to sart the bean and Barley soup next.

Thanks

Sonja, Day 1-2 is two days of liquid, as much as you want. I do give my soups a go in the blender to puree everything but I think it depends on how you like it.

Mellisa, The soup in your freezer sounds great BUT the rice cool-smiley-013.gif is what we are trying to avoid. Carbs tongue0011.gif we want to get rid of the carb monster. SO no to the soup with rice, not even a little rice save it till after days 6 then MAYBE.

I'm right there with you all - starting today - did really well the last time, but I have fallen off the wagon and onto the Carb pile to speak - So I need to get back in control. So far today I have had a Protien shake for breakfast, 20 oz of iced tea, split pea soup for lunch.
