Although I am dealing with things in my head, I am in a great mood. I heard some great news last night from a friend. And well, I just love FRIDAYS! You know what that means right? FUN FRIDAY time! Todays Fun Friday comes from me. We have a guest judge this week. Who is it? Celadon GAME RULES! 1. Must be a registered member of the Neighborhood to play. 2. You may win one prize each month, but you should play each week. Check the 2008 Winners list to see if you have won this month. 3. Two fabulous prizes are awarded each week. 4. Neighbors must answer the Fun Friday Question on the forum. 5. Celadon will name the winners on Tuesday, March 25, 2008. 6. PM me your Fun Friday Questions or post them in Fun Friday Questions and I will add them to the question rotation. 7. The winners will need to send their mailing address to Kim by Personal Message (pm) - DON'T post your address on the message boards for privacy reasons! PRIZES! Prizes from Kim. She will send two 1/4 lb bags to two winners. That way they can get a sampling of two of her favorites! Winners will need to specify if they would prefer decaf! AND NOW FOR THE QUESTION... QUOTE WHAT DOES YOUR KITCHEN LOOK LIKE? Take a picture and post it in this thread or use your words to describe your kitchen and post the description. The 2 best kitchens (pictures or descriptions) as chosen by Celadon will win prizes!

I don't have the greatest kitchen, but I can pretty much bet I have the best STOCKED kitchen and probably the best pantry as witnessed here: These aren't the best pictures but I wanted you all to see that my pantry is actually a bedroom! Used to be my daughter's and it is right off the kitchen. The cabinets are full of canned foods and dry goods and all my gadgets. There is a sitting area for when I want to go through cookbooks, most of which aren't even in there. There is a great rug on the floor and we had a door added to go out to the patio so it brings a lot of light in. Serves kind of like a mud room I guess. The nice thing is that no one ever knows it is a pantry because everything is behind closed doors. We also moved the giant freezer out of the pantry when I put the wood floors in last year. It is now in the garage, giving us more room to move around in. So gang, let's see some pictures and descriptions of your kitchen! The theme is...you guessed it...coffee. Here is one little corner of my special place. This print hangs on the main wall and it is the inspiration to the whole room! I picked the color of my walls based on the edge of the print...sort of a pale tea green. The accent colors in the room are the dark burgandy. Of course, this is the dining area of the kitchen.
