Here are a couple of ideas:
-- 1/2 apple w/skin for your mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack
-- Increase your fluid intake
-- Include a water soluable fiber supplement in your daily diet
-- Add a fish oil capsule to your diet
-- Prepare one of the
Feed the Carb Monster Soups for days 1 & 2 (each 1-cup serving contains 5 grams dietary fiber) and use this soup for a snack on days 3, 4 & 5.
